The stunning southwest design of our products has long and winding roots. Although most people today might associate this type of design with the Navajo native American tribe, our designs have a different origin.

Ecuador, where our blankets are crafted, has a rich tradition of folk art which is kept alive to this day. From leatherwork to wood carving and even folk music, each indigenous group that makes up the rich tapestry of Ecuador's culture has its own specific craft.

Our blankets feature traditional indigenous designs that date back thousands of years. It is amazing to think that the same designs and techniques that were used to craft these beautiful blankets so long ago are still plain to see today.
